I am not going to lie to anyone but this class is extremely frustrating to me having said that, I promise I will try to do my best by correcting my last draft based on everyone's constructive feedback.
Growing up I was always drawing and decided I never wanted to go a day without being creative so made it a career. I achieved an art degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. It was there I realized creative is about looking something with a different perspective. Its about solving problems using a different angle. I really enjoy problem solving and think I use those skills in my career in eCommerce. When something breaks, how do you stay calm and fix it.
In my free time I enjoy painting because it gives me that new perspective over and over. It transforms me into a different realm in which I am very happy being a part of. Other ways, I enjoy transforming is when I run. I run every day and even take my dog Littlefoot with me. He loves smelling everything in site. It makes me happy when he is happy. I think that is true love.
I am excited to be part of the eCommerce field and to be studying Interactive Media with a concentration in UX design. I hope to use these skills to eventually quit my day job and start my own business. The Maureen brand is underway but only time will tell what plays out.
