Associate Operations, Ecommerce Manager

 Assisted in project management for launching a new multi branded website with the addition of Aravon, Dunham, and an Outlet August 2016

 Assisted in project management for launching new Rockport.ca a Rockport branded Canadian website in October 2016 with French and English translations

 Responsible for site operations by facilitating Jira ticketing system to help coordinate with developers on fixing bugs and adding new functionality

 Partner with 3rd party analytics team to ensure best-in-class reporting on site performance and KPIs

Coldwater Creek

 Collaborates with Marketing and Creative Teams to develop engaging consumer content and promotions that drives conversion across digital channels as well as helps the consumers connect with the Coldwater Creek brand

 Manage and ensure content is consistently linked across multiple consumer touch points, including email, online advertising and brand websites

The first thing that came to my mind was WOW - you sure have a lot of experience, good for you!


One thing that caught my eye right off the bat was the formatting. Before publishing a post make sure the spacing is correct and if there is bulleted points they show! Sometimes it is hard to see when you copy and past but it is always good to double check work before posting.


On a grammatical note, make sure the tenses are all the same in each block. For instance, the part on QU education should be present tense since it is currently happening. Where as your earlier experiences should be past tense, like Coldwater Creek should use verbs…

Before the Web, resumes were our biggest avatars and careers were our beat. Online, there are more ways to express ourselves and employ our interests.


A resume is another mix of author and audience, just like the about page. A poor resume is usually filled with a job-hunter’s goals and anxieties. A good resume is tailored to the needs of each individual HR department and the open position they hold.


Which is why I recommend drafts again, one set of rewrites to help you answer your questions about your future and another set to speak to the different employers you contact.


LinkedIn, or any Web-based resume, is a third version. It’s not tailored to any particular employer, but a live…

Wow! You are a very experienced working professional! I'm sure any company that is looking for a digitally-savvy employee would be lucky to come across you.


In the section under QU, there are a couple unfinished sentences (or sentence fragments) and "help" should be "helps": "Research, test, and implement a seamless user experience on any screen or device. The UX design concentration help understand user research, information architecture, content strategy, interface design, usability and prototyping to master the art of designing for the user."


Lastly, I would try condensing all the bullet points under each of your listed careers into 4 to 5 tasks. Most resumes are supposed to be just one page anyway; try summarizing your career experience into…
